Academics & Behavioral Coaching is your one-stop shop for supporting children and individuals lead successful lives!

As a leader in holistic educational support, we understand the challenges faced by learners and their need for tailored guidance. ABC PLLC uses a coaching, or consultation, model to help teachers, school, parents, and other stakeholders to support the children and/or adult individuals you support. Our expertise is in educational/ academic and behavioral supports. This might include things like academic skills or concepts, or behaviors the individual is working to change. Our services are as personalized and flexible as you need!

What to Expect

After determining the package of services you are interested in, we will develop the services aligned with your strengths and areas of need. Our coaching services are personalized, targeted and applicable. You can expect to walk away feeling empowered to make meaningful change in the learning and lives of others.

Our sessions will be

  • Personalized

    During our initial consultation, be prepared to talk about the needs of your school/ class/ individual. We will work together to determine which services and model will best meet your needs.

  • Targeted

    Once the need and model is determined, we will craft a goal to address the need. Following the scientific method of behavior analysis, we will determine which measure we will use to track growth and/or progress toward your goal(s).

  • Applicable

    Once our session(s) begin, prepare to receive actionable steps that can be applied right away!

Meet the Owner

Megan O’Heran is a licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and a licensed and National Board Certified educator. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Special Education, a Master’s of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in the Inclusionary Classroom, and a post-Master’s certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. She currently serves as a Clinical Director for a non-profit residential organization. She has experience as a teacher, instructional coach, behavior specialist, BCBA and Clinical Director.
